Tool brc_get_company_options was removed. Tool brc_getting_started was removed. Field companyId on brc_create_quote is now required. Field companyId on brc_create_quote_gen_ref is now required. Field note was removed from brc_update_quote input; consumers still sending it may be rejected or silently ignored.
